Hosti was born from years of experience in the restaurant industry and a simple conviction: Italian cuisine is the best in the world, and its two iconic dishes—pizza and pasta—deserve to be showcased with genuine quality, without compromise.
The name comes from the meeting of two words: the English host, the one who welcomes you, and the Italian osti, the traditional village tavern keepers, where you ate well and felt at home. In this encounter lies everything we want to be: a modern, recognizable place that still brings back the warmth and generosity of old Italian trattorias.
Our mission is bringing Italy to the table and welcoming every customer as a guest in our own home. Quality ingredients, warm service, and a genuine smile. We want every pizza or pasta dish of ours to make you feel happily at home.
Our pizza is made from a dough of stone-ground semi-wholewheat flours, chosen to be more nutritious as well as tastier. Our pasta combines fresh recipes from local artisans with premium dried pasta, featuring 7 to 8 staple dishes and a new special that changes every month—because even tradition likes to surprise you every now and then.
Hosti opens its first location in Cantù, in the heart of Brianza. It’s not just any opening: it is the starting point of our project, the place where the identity you’ve seen online finally takes physical shape, among wooden tables, warm lights, and a counter that smells of Italian gastronomy. Here, in an area that truly understands the value of quality and authenticity, we want to share who we are by looking people in the eye, one dish at a time.
We are waiting for you at Hosti… bring your appetite!
